적용 범위: 살림(Sallim) 제품군 — sallim.app과 그 하위 도메인(realty.sallim.app, contract.sallim.app, eatlog.sallim.app) 및 데이터 블로그(blog.sallim.app/blog). 시행일 2026-09-03(개정: 질문 화면(/ask)의 자동 답변 생성과 공개 리포트(/q/) 편집을 생성형 AI 사업자에 위탁하는 사실을 §4에 추가. 최초 시행 2026-08-15).

개인정보처리방침

1. 수집하는 항목과 방법

• 문의: 이메일로 문의하실 때 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 받습니다.
• 사전등록(realty.sallim.app/prereg): 한도 상향 키를 신청하실 때 이메일 주소(필수)와 스레드 핸들(선택)을 받아 키 발급·중복 발급 확인·추후 유료 전환 시 본인 대조에 씁니다. 같은 줄에 발급 키의 앞자리와 접속 IP의 단방향 해시를 남깁니다(회선당 발급 한도 계산용 — IP 원문은 이 기록에 남기지 않습니다). 광고·마케팅 발송에는 쓰지 않습니다.
• 개통 알림 신청(realty.sallim.app/notify): 유료 이용권이 개통되면 알려 달라고 신청하실 때 이메일 주소(필수)와 스레드 핸들(선택), 그리고 막히셨던 도구 이름을 받습니다. 선택 입력으로 희망 도구·기능과 희망 가격대를 고르실 수 있으며, 고르신 경우 선택지 코드만 남깁니다(자유 서술은 받지 않고, 고르지 않으셔도 신청은 접수됩니다). 같은 줄에 접속 IP의 단방향 해시를 남깁니다(회선당 신청 한도 계산용 — IP 원문은 남기지 않습니다). 이용 목적은 개통 안내 1회 발송과 어떤 도구부터 열지 정하는 수요 집계뿐이며, 이 신청으로 대금을 받지 않고 결제 정보도 묻지 않습니다. 광고·마케팅 발송에는 쓰지 않고, 개통 안내를 보내거나 철회를 알려 주시면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 카드 결제(contract.sallim.app): 결제는 결제대행사 Creem이 처리하며 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보는 저희 서버에 저장되지 않습니다. 결제 완료 시 결제대행사로부터 이메일 주소와 주문 식별자를 전달받아 이용권 발급·문의 대응에 사용합니다.
• API 키: 발급된 키는 원문이 아닌 단방향 해시(sha256)로만 저장합니다.
• 자동 수집: 웹서버 접속 기록(IP 주소·접속 시각·요청 경로·브라우저 정보)과 API 호출 기록을 보안, 오류 진단, 사용량 한도 관리, 응답 품질 개선 목적으로 남깁니다. 호출 기록에는 도구명·시각·키 식별자·응답 요약뿐 아니라 보내신 질의 인자가 원문 그대로 저장됩니다 — 지역명·단지명·사건번호·금액·소득처럼 도구에 넘기신 값 전부입니다. 무료 이용 시 호출자 식별에는 IP 원문이 아니라 단방향 해시를 씁니다. 어느 도구도 주민등록번호·연락처 같은 식별정보를 요구하지 않으니 질의에 넣지 마세요.
• 제보·질문: 오류 제보 도구(report_issue)로 보내시는 제보 원문(문제 설명, 틀렸다고 보신 도구·값, 기대하신 값)과 질문 화면 (realty.sallim.app/ask)에 적으신 질문 문장 전체를, 그 직전 호출 기록 (위 질의 인자 포함)과 함께 저장해 오류 수정·질문은행 정리에 씁니다. 이 두 통로는 로그인·이메일을 받지 않습니다. 질문 화면에 적으신 질문 문장은 자동 답변을 만들기 위해 아래 4.의 생성형 AI 처리 위탁사로 전달됩니다(제보 도구로 보내신 내용은 이 전달 대상이 아닙니다). 질문 화면에서 공개에 동의하신 경우에 한해 그 질문과 답을 공개 리포트 (realty.sallim.app/q/)로 다시 쓸 수 있으며, 이때 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 조합은 지우고 게시합니다. 동의하지 않으시면 공개하지 않습니다.
• 피드백 위젯(화면 우측 아래 ‘의견 보내기’ 💬 버튼): 보내신 의견 텍스트와 고르신 구분(의견·오류), 그 시점의 서비스 내 경로(쿼리스트링은 지웁니다)·접수 시각을 수집합니다. ‘화면 캡처 첨부’ 체크박스는 기본은 꺼져 있으며 이용자가 직접 체크한 경우에만 그 시점의 화면 이미지가 함께 전송되며, 이미지 안의 글자는 마스킹되지 않습니다 — 화면에 개인정보가 떠 있으면 체크하지 마세요. 의견 텍스트에 포함된 이메일·전화번호 형태의 문자열은 수신 즉시 마스킹해 저장하고, IP 주소·브라우저 정보·계정 식별자·쿠키는 저장하지 않습니다. 수집 목적은 오류 진단과 서비스 개선입니다.
• 방문 통계: 자체 호스팅 분석 도구(umami)로 쿠키 없이 익명 통계만 수집하며, 개인을 식별하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

이용권 발급·유효기간 관리, 문의·환불 대응, 부정 사용 방지, 그리고 도구 오류 진단·응답 품질 개선(질의 인자·제보·질문 원문을 사람이 읽고 무엇이 틀렸는지 찾는 데 씁니다). 광고·마케팅 발송에는 쓰지 않습니다.

3. 보유·파기

주문·이용권 정보는 이용기간 종료 후 환불·분쟁 대응에 필요한 동안 보관하고, 목적이 다하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 웹서버 접속 기록은 로그 순환 주기에 따라 자동 삭제됩니다. API 호출 기록과 제보·질문 기록은 지금 자동 삭제 주기를 두고 있지 않습니다 — 오류 추적과 응답 품질 개선에 계속 쓰이기 때문이며, 정해 두지 않은 주기를 정해 둔 것처럼 적지 않습니다. 피드백 위젯 접수분은 이와 달리 접수일로부터 180일이 지나면 화면 캡처 이미지까지 함께 자동으로 파기됩니다 — 이 축만 자동 파기가 있으니 위 문장과 섞어 읽지 마세요. 삭제를 원하시면(180일 전이라도) 아래 문의처로 요청해 주세요. 로그인을 받지 않아 기록을 사람과 잇는 값이 없으므로, 질문 접수 시 받으신 답 주소(토큰)나 키 앞자리·접속하신 IP처럼 기록을 특정할 단서를 함께 주시면 찾아 지웁니다.

4. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁

개인정보를 판매하지 않으며 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업무를 위탁하며, 모두 국외(미국) 사업자입니다 — 결제 처리(Creem, contract.sallim.app), 콘텐츠 전송·보안(Cloudflare), 질문 화면(realty.sallim.app/ask)의 자동 답변 생성(OpenAI), 공개 동의를 받은 리포트(realty.sallim.app/q/)를 게시 전에 다시 쓰는 편집(Anthropic). 생성형 AI 위탁사로 나가는 것은 이용자가 적으신 질문 문장과 그 답을 만드는 데 쓰인 우리 도구의 응답이며, 이름·연락처 등 신원 정보는 결제 처리(Creem) 외에는 전달하지 않습니다.

5. 이용자 권리

본인 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 아래 문의처로 요청하실 수 있으며 지체 없이 처리합니다.

이용약관

1. 서비스의 성격

공공데이터 기반 정보 제공 도구(웹·MCP API)입니다. 투자·법률 자문이 아니며, 정보의 정확성·완전성을 보장하지 않습니다. 이용 판단과 그 결과는 이용자 책임입니다.

2. 이용권

유료 이용권은 기간제(예: 7·30·90일)이며 자동 갱신·자동 청구가 없습니다. 연장은 재구매로 합니다. 키의 공유·재판매는 금지합니다.

3. 환불

결제 오류·중복 결제는 전액 환불합니다. 서비스가 종료되는 경우 잔여 기간을 환불합니다. 환불 문의는 이메일로 받습니다.

4. 금지 행위

서비스 안정성을 해치는 과도한 자동 호출, 원천 데이터의 이용조건을 위반하는 사용.

5. 데이터 출처

법원경매 자료의 출처는 대한민국 법원 법원경매정보(https://www.courtauction.go.kr)입니다. 이 자료는 저작권법 제24조의2에 따라 자유이용이 공표된 저작물이며, 대법원 저작권보호정책은 자유이용의 조건으로 출처의 구체적 표시를 요구합니다 — 본 서비스의 응답·공개 페이지에 같은 표시를 싣습니다. 실거래가는 국토교통부 실거래가 공개시스템, 청약 자료는 한국부동산원 청약홈, 그 밖의 공공데이터는 공공데이터포털이 출처입니다. 이용자가 본 서비스의 응답을 재배포할 때에도 같은 출처 표시가 필요합니다.

6. 책임 한계

무료 도구는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 유료 이용권 관련 책임은 결제 금액을 한도로 합니다.

Privacy policy

• What we collect: your email address and message when you contact us by email; your email address (required) and Threads handle (optional) when you request a quota-upgrade key at realty.sallim.app/prereg, stored with the issued key's prefix and a one-way hash of your IP address (never the raw IP) to enforce the per-line issuing limit — never used for marketing; your email address (required), Threads handle (optional) and the name of the paid tool you were blocked on when you ask to be notified at realty.sallim.app/notify, plus — only if you pick them — an optional tool you would like opened and an optional price range, both stored as closed choice codes (we accept no free text, and leaving them blank still submits the request), stored with a one-way hash of your IP address (never the raw IP) to enforce the per-line request limit — used only to send one launch notice and to count which tools are in demand, never for marketing, and this request takes no payment and asks for no payment details; your email address and order identifier passed to us by the payment processor after a purchase (contract.sallim.app only — the other products are not sold at this time); API keys stored only as a one-way SHA-256 hash; web server access logs (IP address, timestamp, request path, user agent) and API call logs for security, error diagnosis, rate limiting and quality improvement — those call logs keep the tool name, timestamp, key identifier and a summary of the response together with the verbatim arguments you send (region, complex name, case number, amounts, income and every other value passed to the tool); free-tier callers are identified by a one-way hash of the IP address, never the raw IP. No tool asks for a national ID number or a phone number, so please do not put such values in your query.
• Issue reports and questions: the verbatim text of any issue report you file with the report_issue tool — the problem, the tool you believe was wrong, the value you got and the value you expected — and of any question you submit at the question page (realty.sallim.app/ask), together with your own recent call records (including the arguments above), is stored and read by a human to fix tool errors and curate the question bank. Neither channel asks for a login or an email address. The text of a question you submit is sent to the generative-AI processor listed under Sharing below so that an answer can be drafted (what you send with the issue-report tool is not.) A question is republished as a public report (realty.sallim.app/q/) only if you tick the consent box, and is rewritten so that individuals cannot be identified. Without consent it is never published.
• Feedback widget (the “의견 보내기” 💬 button at the bottom right of the page): the text you write, the category you pick (comment or bug), the in-app path at that moment (query strings are stripped) and the time of receipt. The “attach a screen capture” checkbox is off by default and only sends an image of your screen if you tick it yourself; text inside that image is not masked, so do not tick it while personal data is on screen. Email addresses and phone numbers found in your text are masked on receipt before storage, and the IP address, browser information, account identifiers and cookies are not stored. It is used for error diagnosis and improving the service.
• Anonymous, cookie-less visit statistics via self-hosted umami.
• Card details are never stored on our servers — payments are processed by Creem.
• Purpose: issuing and managing time-limited licenses, handling support and refunds, preventing abuse, improving the service.
• Retention: order and license records are kept while needed for refunds and disputes, then deleted. Web server access logs rotate on the server's normal schedule. API call logs and issue-report/question records currently have no automatic deletion schedule — they remain in use for error tracing and quality improvement, and we will not state a retention period we have not set. Feedback-widget submissions are the exception: they are deleted automatically, together with any screen capture, 180 days after receipt — do not read that sentence and this one as one rule. Ask us at the address below and we will delete anything sooner; because we keep no login, please include something that identifies the record (the answer-page token you received, your key prefix, or the IP address you used).
• Sharing: we do not sell or share personal data with third parties. We use the following processors, all of them outside Korea (United States): Creem (payment processing, contract.sallim.app), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), OpenAI (drafting the answer to a question submitted at realty.sallim.app/ask) and Anthropic (editing a consented report before it is published at realty.sallim.app/q/). What goes to the generative-AI processors is the text of your question and the responses of our own tools used to answer it; identifying details such as your name or contact are passed to no processor other than Creem.
• Your rights: you may request access, correction or deletion at the contact address below and we will act without delay.

Terms of service

• What this is: an information tool built on Korean public data (web and MCP API). It is not investment or legal advice and we do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Decisions made using it are the user's responsibility.
• Licenses: paid licenses are fixed-term with no auto-renewal and no recurring billing. Renewal means buying again. Sharing or reselling keys is prohibited.
• Refunds: payment errors and duplicate charges are refunded in full. If the service is discontinued, the unused portion is refunded. Refund requests are handled by email.
• Prohibited use: excessive automated calls that harm service stability, and any use that violates the terms of the underlying public data sources.
• Data source: court auction data is sourced from 대한민국 법원 법원경매정보(https://www.courtauction.go.kr) — free use is granted under Article 24-2 of the Korean Copyright Act on the single condition that the source is attributed specifically, and the same attribution is required when you redistribute our responses. Transaction prices come from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport; subscription data from Korea Real Estate Board (Cheongyakhome).
• Liability: free tools are provided as is. Liability related to a paid license is limited to the amount paid.
• Changes: any change to these terms is published on this page.
